Disney Dining on the High Seas: Part 2

In Part 1 of Disney Dining on the High Seas I discussed the Main Dining Rooms: Enchanted Garden, Royal Court and Animator’s Palete.

As you can imagine, the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy have a number of other dining options throughout the day.

Enchanted Garden and Royal Court are both open for breakfast. We actually dined our first morning at Enchanted Garden where I happily dined on a bagel, lox and cream cheese. Julia was thrilled with pancakes, bacon and a donut-definitely a breakfast of champions!

Don’t worry, Julia only had 1, not the whole platter!

We never actually had breakfast at the Royal Court. I have no doubt that it was great, but Julia and my mother both love room service. So after our first morning they had room service every morning-an assortment of pastries, croissants, muffins and donuts.

I on the other hand enjoyed beginning my mornings at Cabanas! The restaurant is located on the same deck as the pool. Two floors up from our deck it was easy for me to grab a delicious breakfast!

Besides breakfast we almost always had lunch at Cabanas. Yes-they definitely had shrimp plus so much more-everything from sushi to peking duck to a delicious array of desserts. I will say I just loved having a huge plate of cold shrimp-so delicious!

At night Cabanas offered table service. We did not try it since we were happy dining in the Main Dining Rooms.

Remy and Palo are the two adult only dining options on the Disney Dream and Fantasy. You pay an up charge. Guests can make reservations for brunch and/or dinner. While my mother and I did not try Remy we had dinner at Palo.

The dining experience at Palo was very good. The food was delicious. I had a rosemary infused tuna that was so incredible I wonder if I will ever have another tuna like it. I will admit though both my mother and I did not feel it was better than the meals we were having in the Main Dining Room. We were glad we gave it a try, but when we go on our next Disney cruise I am not sure we would go to Palo again. We might give Remy a try.

Flo’s Cafe was a big favorite of all three of us. They offer a great selection including but not limited to chicken tenders, pizza, hot dogs, fresh fruit and so much more. Located right by the pool it was easy to grab something, and have a casual bite.

Eye Scream and Frozone Treats was a favorite of the three of us. Every afternoon we had an ice cream treat. Delicious soft service ice cream: chocolate, vanilla, banana and strawberry. Such a scrumptious daily treat!

No matter what you are craving you are sure to find it morning, afternoon and evening on the Disney Fantasy and Dream!
